  Sleazy \Slea"zy\ (sl[=e]"z[y^]), a. [Cf. G. schleissig worn out,
     threadbare, from schleissen to slit, split, decay, or E.
     leasy.]
     Lacking firmness of texture or substance; thin; flimsy; as,
     sleazy silk or muslin. [Spelt also slazy.]
