     Mime.] (Bot.)
     A genus of leguminous plants, containing many species, and
     including the sensitive plants ({Mimosa sensitiva, and
     Mimosa pudica).

     Note: The term mimosa is also applied in commerce to several
           kinds bark imported from Australia, and used in
